How to Choose the Right Size?
- Use a soft tape measure to wrap snugly around your wrist (where you plan to wear the bracelet).
- If you don’t have a tape measure, use a string and then measure the length with a ruler.
- Add 0.5–1 cm (0.2–0.4 inches) to your wrist measurement for a comfortable fit. For a looser fit, add 1–1.5 cm (0.4–0.6 inches).
Note: Each bracelet comes with one extra bead and beading tools for easy resizing at home.
What is the Return Policy?
Free promotional products and custom-made Crystal & Aromatherapy Bead Bracelets are final sale and non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable under any circumstances.
For all other regular-priced items, you may initiate a return or exchange request within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the items are unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging and tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.

When will I Get My Order?
Your total delivery time = Order Processing Time + Shipping Time, excluding customs delays, weekends, public holidays, and unforeseen circumstances.
- Order Processing: 2–5 business days (includes handcrafting, quality check, and packaging of your crystal aromatherapy bead bracelet).
- Shipping Time: Depends on your chosen method:
Express Shipping (FedEx/DHL): 6–8 business days
Standard Shipping: 7–20 business days
Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it to track your order via the Track My Order link in the email or on our website.

How much does Shipping Cost?
Shipping costs at JinHerbal are determined by your order total and the shipping method you select at checkout. Here’s a clear breakdown:
- Free Standard Shipping: Available on all orders over US$69(applicable to regular-priced items only).
- Standard Shipping: Costs US$6 for orders below the free shipping threshold.
- Express Shipping: Starts at US$18, with faster delivery times via carriers like FedEx or DHL.
Important Notes:
- The free shipping offer does not apply to free promotional products. A fixed fee of US$18 is required for these items, which covers processing, shipping, and customs duties. This fee is non-deductible.
- Shipping costs are calculated based on product weight and destination. While we strive to keep rates affordable, final charges are subject to our logistics partners’ pricing.

- Storage condition - Store in a cool, dry place. If mild mold appears due to humidity, gently brush it off with a soft-bristled brush.
- Color unevenness - Discoloration or unevenness may occur due to natural patina development or accidental water contact. Regular gentle polishing will help restore its original luster.
